Find meaning in your life

Without the contrast of sadness, happiness does not exist. Without dark, there is no light. 

没有悲伤作为对比，快乐就不存在。没有黑暗，也就没有光。

A happy life, then, is not one without sadness, or misery, or failures, or problems. 

那么，快乐的人生，并非没有悲伤，没有痛苦，没有失败，没有问题。

A happy life, a full life, is a life with meaning. If you had in your possession every penny on earth, and all the material possessions you desire, it would still give you no guarantees of happiness, and certainly no meaning. 

有意义的人生，才是快乐、圆满的人生。如果你拥有世界上所有的钱财，所有你渴望得到的物质，这还是无法保证你一定会快乐，也无法保证你的人生一定会有意义。

You don't need things, money or possessions to have meaning, but meaning does make for a rich life. 

你不需要物质，不需要钱，不需要财产来让你的人生有意义。但是，意义会让你的人生丰富起来。

With meaning and purpose in your life, you can face the inevitable challenges of life without fear. 

在你的人生中，如果有了意义和追求，你就能勇敢地面对那些无法避免的挑战。
