《糖果和影子》
Misha had a small, yellow cat named Sugar. She had a big, black dog named Shadow. Misha loved both of her pets. One day, Misha said, “Sugar, you are beautiful. I will take you to the pet show”.
米莎有一只叫糖果的黄色小猫。她有一只又大又黑的狗，名叫影子。米莎爱她的两只宠物。一天，米莎说: “宝贝儿，你真漂亮。我带你去参加宠物展”。
Sugar was happy, but shadow was unhappy. Misha loves Sugar the best, he thought. Silly old cat!
糖果很高兴，但是影子不高兴。他想：米莎最爱的是糖果，这只愚蠢的老猫!
Misha said, “Shadow, you need to stay home. Here is a nice sweater. Here is a bone to eat, and here is a ball to play with”.
米莎说:“影子，你得待在家里。这有漂亮的毛衣。有骨头吃，还有球玩。”
Shadow was happy, but Sugar was unhappy.
影子很高兴，但是糖果很不高兴。
Misha loves Shadow the best, thought Sugar. Silly old dog!

Sugar was busy at the pet show. She won first prize. Shadow was busy at home. He helped a little white cat. Sugar saw Shadow. Wow, she thought, shadow found a new friend. Shadow saw Sugar. Wow, he thought, Sugar won a prize.
糖果在宠物展中很忙碌。她得了一等奖。影子在家里很忙。他帮助了一只小白猫。糖果看到影子。她想：哇，影子找到了一个新朋友。影子看到糖果。他想：哇，糖果得了奖。
Shadow was happy. Sugar was happy. The little white cat was happy. Now Misha had three pets. Wow! Thought Misha.
影子开心，糖果高兴，小白猫很开心。米莎心想：哇，我现在有三只宠物了！
