A: Hey, David. That looks good. What're you eating?
B: It's a chicken salad. I'm on a diet, trying to watch my waistline.
A: 嗨，大卫。那个看起来不错啊。你吃的是什么？
B: 是鸡肉沙拉。我正在节食，努力控制我的腰围。

A: David, you look so fit! Are you on a special diet?
B: I just stopped eating fatty foods and sweet stuff, combined it with more exercise, nothing special.
A: Good to know. I did a couple juice cleanses, but I always end up yoyoing between weights, they don't build lasting habits.
B: For sure. Our bodies need more substantial nutrition, a balanced diet is key.
A: 大卫，你看起来好健康啊！你有什么特别的饮食习惯吗？
B: 我只是停止吃高脂肪的食物还有甜食，并结合了更多的运动，没什么特别的哈。
A: 很高兴知道这些。我做了几次果汁排毒，但我的体重总是反复，这些方法不会帮助我养成持久的习惯。
