　　2.关于支付条件，我们通常要求保兑的、不可撤销的、凭即期汇票支付的信用证。
　　As to terms of payment, we often require a confirmed and irrevocable letter of credit payable by draft at sight.
　　3.假如你方能接受“付款交单”支付方式，我们将非常感激。
　　We shall appreciated it very much if you can accept D/P terms.
　　4.你方所买的一批样货，按照商定办法，我们将开出即期汇票向你索款。
　　We will draw on you at sight for the samples you bought from us, as is agreed between us.
　　5.如果贵方能将他的信用状况、财务情况以及付款方面的信誉等情况告知我们，我们将非常感激。
　　We shall greatly appreciate it if you can inform us his reliability, financial standing and reputation for paying bills.
　　6.我们今天已由伦敦的中国银行开出了一张以你方为抬头人的信用证，计50万美元。
　　We have issued a letter of credit through Bank of China London in your favor for USD500,000.
　　7.在过去一段时间里我们一直在催促你方立即交货，除非这批订货已经在运输途中，否则当货物到达时会过了季节，对我方毫无用处。
　　For some time we have been urging you for an immediate dispatch of these goods, and unless this order is already on the way, it will arrive too late for the season, and so be of no use to us.
　　8.关于支付条件，我们要求不可撤销的即期支付的信用证。
　　As for payment, we request irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight.
　　9.支付方式：100%用由卖方可接受的信誉好的银行开出的不可撤销的信用证，可转让、允许分运，装船前45天开到卖方，装船后20天内在卖方所在国的任何银行议付有效。
　　Terms of payment: 100% by irrevocable and transferable letter of credit issued by a reputable bank acceptable to the buyer, allowing partial shipment, to reach the buyer 45 days before shipment and remain valid for free negotiation in the seller’s country.
　　10.如果贵方能找到一家有信誉的公司担保，我们可以做60天承兑交单　We can accept A/D at 60 days sight if you can find a reputable company to act as your guarantor.
