Be willing to do hard things

It's much easier to come up with excuses of why you can't do it.

对于自己无法完成的事情，给它找一个借口容易得多。

If you do what is easy, your life will be hard. If you do what is easy, complain about your situation, your circumstances, surrender and give up on your dreams, become depressed and bitter and angry. Anybody can do that. 

如果你总做容易的事，你的生活就会变得艰难。抱怨你的处境以及你周围的环境，放弃自己的梦想，让自己变得沮丧、痛苦和愤怒，这些都是容易的事情，任何人都能做到这些。

If you do what is easy, your life will be hard. But if you do what is hard, keep coming back again and again and again, get up dressed every day. 

如果你总做这类容易的事，你的生活就会很艰难。但如果你选择做一些艰难的事情，遇到困难也会一次又一次地重整旗鼓，整装待发。
