This old saying that if you don't useit, you lose it, is absolutely true. 

有一句老话说得好，用进废退。这句话很真实。

If you don't use that brain that Godput in your head, one of these days, you'll be sitting on a frontporch somewhere, and you won't hardly know what's going on. 

如果你不锻炼上天赐予你的大脑，总有一天，你会呆坐在门廊前，完全不知道周围正在发生什么。
