今天讲 Trapped,奶奶在城堡里被困在屋里,然后被救了的故事。

全文:

1.Gran took the children and Floppy to see an old castle

2.The children went up the path to the castle. Suddenly, Chip stopped.

3.He pointed to a window at the top.“look, there's a face, " he said

奶奶带孩子和佛卢比去城堡。

沿着小径,孩子们向城堡走去。突然,Chip停了下来。

他指着城堡顶的窗户,说:“快看,有一个人(脸)。”

 

4.Everyone looked, but the face had gone.

5.“It can't be a face,” said Gran." The castle is empty.”

大家都看过去,但是那张脸已经不见了。

奶奶说:不可能有人,城堡是空的。

 

6.They went into the castle.

7.“It looks very old, ”said Biff.“And very scary! ”said Kipper

他们走进城堡。

“看起来很古老,”Biff说.“而且很恐怖!”Kipper说。

 

8.“Let's play hide and seek,” said chip.

9.The children ran in and out of the rooms.

10.“I'il play too,”said Gran, and she went into the next room.

“我们来躲迷藏吧,”Chip说。

孩子们在房子里跑来跑去。

“我也一起玩,”奶奶说,然后跑到隔壁房间里。

 

11.Gran looked for a place to hide.

12.She saw a gate and pulled it open

13.CLANG! The gate banged shut.

14.Gran pushed it, but it was stuck.“Help! Help!” she shouted.

奶奶找到一个地方藏起来。

她看到一个门然后打开了它。

哐!门锁住了。

奶奶用力推,但是被卡住了。“救我!救我!”她叫了起来。

 

15.The gate was very stiff.

16.The children pulled and pulled.At last, it opened.

17.The children ran to see what had happened.

18.“I'm trapped,” said Gran.

那扇门被卡的很紧。

孩子们用力的推呀推,最后,打开了。

孩子们跑进去看发生了什么。

奶奶说:“我被困住了。”

 

19.I’il keep the gate open with this old chest. "said Gran.

20.“I don't want to be trapped aqain.”

21.“Come on,” said Kipper. “Let's see where these stairs go.”

22.They all went up the stairs.

“我用这只旧椅子挡住门”,奶奶说。

我不想又被它锁在里面了。

 

23.Suddenly, they heard a noise.Woo…ooo! WOO…OOO!

24.What was that” said Biff

25.The noise came again.Woo…ooo! WOO…OOO!

26.Floppy pulled at his lead and raced up the stairs.

突然,他们听到什么噪音。哇……哇……

“那是什么?”Biff问。

声音又开始了:哇……哇……

Floppy 挣脱狗绳,冲向了楼梯。

 

27.“Come on! We must go after Floppy, ”said Chip.

28.They all ran to the top of the stairs.

29.Floppy was scratching at a small door.

30.Gran slowly turned the handle.

“来吧,我们跟着Floppy.”Chip 说。

他们都从楼梯向上跑去。

Floppy 正对着一扇小门狂叫。

奶奶慢慢转动门把手。

 

31.They saw a small dusty room.

32.“Come on, Floppy, ”said Biff.“Let's have a look around.”

33.Something went flapping across the room.

34.“what' that?" said Biff.

他们看到了一个很脏的小房间。

“来吧,Floppy”Biff说,“我们找找看。”

什么东西从房间飞过去。

“那是什么?”Biff大喊。

 

35.Gran took the owl over to the window and opened it.

36.The owl blinked its big round eyes.

37.“Go on owl. " said Kipper. “Fly away!”

38.The owl flapped its wings and flew up into the sky.

39.Kipper watched the owl fly away.

40.“It must be horrible to be trapped,”he said.

41.“It is,Kipper,”said Gran.“It is!”

奶奶带着猫头鹰走到窗边,打开了窗户。

猫头鹰等着大大的眼睛。

“飞吧,猫头鹰。”Kipper说。“飞走。”

猫头鹰煽动翅膀飞向天空。

Kipper看着它飞走了。“它一定是着急时被困住了。”他说。

“是的,Kipper。”奶奶说,“是的。”

Why did Gran keep the gate open with the chest?为什么奶奶要用箱子让门保持开着的状态呢?

She didn’t want to be trapped again. 她可不想再被这扇门困住,所以让它一直开着。

 

What would you do if you found a trapped animal?如果你们发现了被困的动物会怎么做呢?

Of course help the animal and let it be free. 当然是要帮助那个动物,让它脱困。

那如果是个老虎被困了你怎么办?

Oh, I would call the policeman for help.  如果是老虎还是给警察叔叔打电话求帮助吧。
