Wind patients[1] in whom the exterior has resolved, but not clearly[2], will recover in twelve days.

[1]. Wind patients: Three interpretations of this term have been offered, but modern commentators generally agree that the third is most likely the author's intended meaning.

a) According to Fang Youzhi(方有执，style 中行)，"wind patients [means those patients with] Wind invasion disease".

b)Gao Xueshan (高学山）explains that the use of "Jia(家)"means abiding disease. Thus, this term means a person prone to wind disease.

c)Cheng Yingmao (程应旄，style 程郊倩) writes that the origin of this patient's disease is wind cma that the disease could be anyTaiyang disease, such as Wind invasion or cold damage.

[2]. Not clearly: Not decisively, not definitively. Although the exterior signs have resolved, the patient has not recovered completely.
