Up in the mountains, a man entered a cave. He walked through a long, dark tunnel. His flashlight lit up stone doors in the wall. He pushed a door open and stepped into a large room.
The man gasped. "He's real!"
A giant caveman lay on a large, flat stone. He was perfectly still. The man walked over and pulled a gold ring from his bag.
He took a deep breath. "Now I'll find out if the legend is true."

"I'm done," Mara said. "I wrote five facts about wooly mammoths."
Roxy and her friends were on a field trip. Their class was visiting Metro City Natural History Museum. Everyone had to choose a topic. Then they had to write down five facts about it.
Roxy was already done. Her topic was saber-toothed tigers.
"Let's go to the astronomy wing now," Terrell said. "I'm going to write about meteorites. Jack still has to find something to write about."
"Check it out," Jack said. "I can balance a pencil on the tip of my nose." He looked up and stood the pencil on his nose. "Whoa, whoa . . . ugh!" The pencil fell from his nose and rolled across the floor.
Mara snorted. "You only balanced it for about a second."
Jack tried again. "I'm doing it! I'm doing it!" The pencil fell again.
Terrell shook his head. "That wasn't even a second."
"Jack!" Miss Apricot hurried over. "Did you pick a topic yet?"
Jack grinned sheepishly. "Not yet, Miss Apricot."
Miss Apricot folded her arms. "Please stop goofing around. And find something to write about."
Miss Apricot walked away.
Jack sighed. "Maybe Rocket Girl can help me."
Roxy laughed. "You don't need Rocket Girl's help with your topic."
"No," Jack said. "I mean she could help me balance this pencil."
Everyone laughed.
"That's ridiculous, Jack," Mara said.
Roxy's watch beeped. She stepped away from her friends.
"Mayor Bloom," she whispered. "What's wrong?"
"Rocket Girl," Mayor Bloom said. "A valuable artifact is missing from Metro City Natural History Museum. It was in the North American wing. I need you to go and find out what happened."
Roxy looked around. "Okay, Mayor."
Mayor Bloom looked confused. "Um, aren't you going to say that you're on your way?"
Roxy chuckled. "I'm already here, Mayor. Our class has a field trip today. But don't worry—I'll find that artifact."
