My Favorite Comic Strip 第2674期（“专栏小作家”第2期 我最喜欢的二次元作品）
The first comic strip(连环漫画) I ever read was Cardcaptor Sakura. Its main character is a lovely girl. Her name is Sakura. One day, she finds a magic book titled The Clow her father’s study. When Sakura opens the book and reads the word “Windy” on the first card, all the other cards are blown away by a strong wind. Then, a small, winged creature called Keroberos appears. It is going to introduce the magic book to Sakura, only to find that there's only one magical card left. Keroberos is very angry and it asks Sakura to find all the other cards.
What impressed(给…留下深刻印象) me the most about the comic strip was Sakura’s visit to an aquarium(水族馆). In the aquarium, she finds the Watery Clow Card. However, it's hard to capture(捕获) the Watery card because it flows freely and quickly. Suddenly, an idea flashes into Sakura’s mind. If she freezes water, turning it into ice, it will be easier for her to capture the Watery card. With the help of her close friend Tomoyo, Sakura captures the watery card in the refrigerating room.
Tomoyo is actually my favorite character in the comic strip. She is kind and is always eager to help others. When Sakura is in trouble, Tomoyo always gives her encouragement and helps her to deal with challenge.
I learned a lot from Sakura and Tomoyo. I hope I will also become more mature(成熟的) by learning to deal with different difficulties.
