Achievement will never be as fulfilling as the journey. 

最终的成就肯定不如奋斗的过程更加令人满足。

It is one thing to set a goal and enlist the help of others to see its achievement through. It is entirely another to sacrifice your own well-being, and the well-being of those around you, for that goal and its achievement.

设定一个目标，并寻求他人的帮助来实现它是一回事；为了这个目标和它的成就，牺牲你自己和你周围人的福祉完全是另一回事。

The high at the end is never worth the emotional strain that takes place to get there. If you are not able to enjoy the journey with those around you, then the end goal will become meaningless. 

最后的结果远不如这一路走过来所经历的压力与焦虑。如果你不能和周围的人一起享受这段奋斗的旅程，那么最终的目标将变得毫无意义。

Working hard and laughter are not mutually exclusive. Building on the previous point, I never understood why people feel that laughing means not taking the matter at hand seriously. The best ideas come through ease. The best flow happens in moments of joy. The human connection begins with laughter and to laugh while working or solving a problem is to be open to new possibilities.

努力工作和欢笑并不是矛盾的。基于前面的观点，我不理解，为什么人们觉得欢笑意味着不认真对待手头的事情。轻松自在能产生最好的想法。人与人之间的关联始于欢笑，而在工作或解决问题时展现笑容，则为新的可能性敞开了大门。

Some people never learn this — they become grumpy and old. But life is about having fun. And to have fun does not mean, by default, that you are not “getting anything done.” On the contrary, you can have fun and get more done than you ever thought imaginable. 

有些人从没有懂得这个道理—他们变得暴躁并且老套。但生活就是要享受乐趣。而享受乐趣并不意味着一无所成。相反，你可以玩得开心，同时你的收获比你想象的还要多。
