感谢博主分享。文本如有错,望指出。 this compilation is designed for you to practice meditation at home . each track contains a step by step guided meditation .please follow the recording in the order provided ,because there is a logical progression built into them .use a track for a few meditation before moving on to the next one . for example ,use track one for the first ,second and maybe the third day ,when you feel you are able to remember most of the meditation by yourself ,you may start utilizing track 2 and so on .
