趣味故事1：给猴子吃香蕉

Monkey’s Bananas 

A long time ago,

there was an old man who loved monkeys.

The monkeys’ food was too expensive.

The old man had a good idea.

He said to the monkeys,

“I will give you three bananas in the morning

and four at night. Three plus four equals seven.”

The monkeys did not like this.

“Then I will give you four bananas in the morning and three at night.

Four plus three equals seven.

What do you think?”

The monkeys liked this very much.

However, they still got only seven bananas.

Foolish monkeys!

很久以前，

有一位老人喜欢猴子。

猴子的食物太贵了。

老人有个好主意。

他对猴子说，

“我早上给你三个香蕉，晚上给你四个。三加四等于七。”

猴子们不喜欢这样。

“那我早上给你四个香蕉，晚上给你三个。四加三等于七。

你怎么认为？”

猴子们非常喜欢这个。
