Hello, who are you?嗨，你是谁呀？ 

I’m a manta ray. We are the biggest ray on earth. 我是蝠鲼，大家一般叫我魔鬼鱼。我们是世界上最大的软骨鱼类。 

Are you a fish? 你是鱼吗？ 

Yes, rays are fish. 是的，软骨鱼类也是鱼。 

We have flat bodies and long tails.我们有着扁平的身体和长长的尾巴。 

Where do you live? 你生活在哪里呀？ 

Manta rays live in the ocean. 

We like to swim in warm water.  

大部分蝠鲼都住在大海里，我们喜欢在温暖的水里游泳。 

What do you eat ?你们吃什么？ 

We eat very tiny fish and plants. 

They are called plankton. 

We swim with our mouths open to catch plankton.  

我们吃非常小的鱼和植物。它们被称为浮游生物。我们张着嘴游泳来捕捉浮游生物。 

Do you have any enemies?你有天敌吗？ 

Sharks and whales like to eat us. 

Sometimes we get stuck in people’s fishing nets.

Do you ever sting people? 你会蜇人吗? 

Many rays do sting people. 

But manta rays don’t have stingers. 许多软骨鱼类确实会蜇人。但是我们蝠鲼没有刺，所以不会哲人。 

We are usually calm and gently around people. 我们在周围的人通常都很平静、温柔。 

How do you swim?你怎么游泳？ 

Our fins are like huge wings. 我们的鳍就像巨大的翅膀。 

We flap them to move through the water. 我们用力拍打他们来在水里移动 

We can even dive and do loops. I see some plankton. Bye bye
