双语动物科普 Octopus 章鱼的手居然能再生？

Wow，who are you? 嗨，你是谁呀？ 

I’m an octopus. Octopuses are mollusks.  我是一只章鱼，我们章鱼是软体动物。 

Mollusks？what's that？软体动物？那是什么？ 

Mollusks have soft bodies and no bones.软体动物是指我们的身体很软，没有骨头。 

Ok， do you live here? 嗯，你就住在这里吗？ 

Yes, octopuses live in the ocean. We like to crawl along the ocean floor. 是呀，我们章鱼住在海洋里，我们平时喜欢在海底爬来爬去。 

You have a lot of arms! 你有好多条胳膊呀？ 

yes， we have eight arms. Sometimes we lost an arm. But we can grow a new one.是呀是呀，我们有八条胳膊，我们有时会失去一条胳膊，但马上我们就能长出来一条新的。 

Really? What's on your arms? 真的吗？诶，你们胳膊上那个圆圆的是什么呀？ 

These are suckers. Our suckers can grab things.这些是吸盘，我们的吸盘可以抓东西哦。 

We can even taste with them. 我们还能用它们品尝味道。 

哇 听起来和我们的味蕾很像呢。 

What do you eat? 说到品尝味道，你们一般吃什么呀？ 

We really like clams and crabs. Some big octopuses eat sharks. But seals and big fish often eat us.我们特别喜欢吃蛤蜊和螃蟹。一些大个子的章鱼还能吃鲨鱼。但我们会被海豹和大型的鱼吃掉。 

How do you protect yourself? oh，那你怎么保护自己呢？ 

We can change color and shape. That help us hide. We can also shoot ink. 我们可厉害啦，变换颜色和形态来帮助我们隐藏起来。我们还有一个绝招，就是喷墨水！ 

How do you swim? 这么厉害呀，我还有一个问题，你们长成这个样子，怎么游泳呀？ 

We use the water to move backward. First we suck in water, then we shoot the water out and ---zoom! 

我们都是利用水向后移动。我们先把水吸进来，然后将它们快速喷出来。嗖~
