B: Well actually you gave me the wrong Salad, and the pasta is too salty.

A: Oh, I am so sorry about that. Can I help you change it for a new one?

B: I’m afraid I’m short on time. I already waited forever for my meal.

A: How about we make you a sandwich or another quick dish?

B: Are you going to charge me extra for that? Do you think that’s fair?

A: Your meal will be free sir, and we’ll give you a coupon for next time.
