MAX: I’d like a picnic box, please.

DINNER LADY: OK. Would you like a tuna sandwich or a cheese sandwich?

MAX: A cheese sandwich, please. 

DINNER LADY:  What dessert would you like?

MAX: Umm, a biscuit please.

DINNER LADY: Oh, I’m sorry, Max. I haven’t got any biscuits left.

MAX: That’s OK. A piece of cake, please.

DINNER LADY: And what fruit would you like?

MAX: Have you got bananas?

DINNER LADY: Yes, we have.

MAX: A banana please.

DINNER LADY: And to drink?

MAX: An apple juice.

DINNER LADY: Sorry, Max. We’ve got orange juice or water.

MAX: OK. Then I’d like an orange juice, please.

DINNER LADY: OK, there you go, Max. Enjoy.
