stock control/it looks like we have a surplus of good./we've been accumulating too much inventory this quarter. /we are not moving the stock faster enough.if we don't get rid of it soon,it will expire. we have to get rid of some of the stock by having a sale./we have to sale it at cost.

what else can we do?i'm going to contact the suppliers to see if we can shorten the time between orders,perhaps we can place the order every month instead of every quarter while we review the need for the products./how about the time it takes to deliver the stock?i will inquire about that too,that's great.

after reviewing your monthly reports,it looks like we have a surplus of goods. what can you do to move the stock?/the first thing we'll have to do is to get rid of some of the stock by having a sales. /and we won't even be able to sale it at cost.

we may need to look at finding a more reliable supplier./we receive our packaging materials on a weekly order basis./a large proportion of it has become surplus./we've got to buy it 2-3 months in advance./by the time the stuff gets here,it's almost outdated.

we can shorten the time between orders./we can place orders every quarter instead of every month. smaller orders and faster delivery schedules will do the trick../the time it takes to deliver the stock can be shortened./we will look at how we can streamline the process further.
