I would like to read to you something very, very important. And it moves me deeply to have this privilege.

我想给在座的各位念一些非常重要的文字。有幸能承担这个使命的同时我自己也深受感动。

The preamble to the Convention of the Rights of the Child, every child shall enjoy the following rights without any exception whatsoever and shall be entitled to them without distinction or discrimination on account of race, color, sex, language, religion or politics.

根据《儿童权利公约》的序言：所有儿童，无一例外都应享有如下权利，不因自己的种族，肤色，性别，语言，宗教或政治而受到歧视和差别对待。

The child shall enjoy social protection and be given the opportunities facilities, and means to enable development physically, mentally, morally and spiritually in condition of freedom and dignity.

儿童应该获得社会保护，并获得机遇，设施和途径以在自由和尊严的环境中实现生理，心理，道德和精神方面的发展。

The child shall be entitled from birth to a name and nationality.

儿童享有自出生起即获得姓名和国籍的权利。

The child shall be entitled to grow and develop in health and shall have the right to adequate nutrition, housing, recreation and medical services.

儿童有权健康地成长和发展，有权获得充足的营养，住房，娱乐和医疗保健服务。

The child who is physically, mentally or socially handicapped shall be given special treatment, education and care.

存在身体，心理或社交障碍的儿童应获得特别的治疗，教育和照料。

The child needs love and understanding, and shall have the right to grow up in an atmosphere of affection and security.

儿童需要爱和理解，他们有权在一个充满关爱和安全感的环境中成长。

The child is entitled to receive education and an opportunity to develop abilities in order to become a useful members of society.

儿童有权接受教育，并充分发展各项能力成为对社会有用的人。

The child shall in all circumstances be among the first to receive protection and relief in times of emergency and disaster.

在紧急状况和灾难发生时，应首先确保儿童获得保护和救济。

The child shall be protected against all forms of neglect, cruelty and exploitation and shall not be admitted to employment before an appropriate minimum age.

儿童有权得到保护免受任何形式的忽视，虐待和剥削，在未满最低就业年龄前不被雇佣。

The child shall be protected from practices which may foster racial, religious or other forms of discrimination, and shall be brought up in a spirit of understanding, tolerance, friendship among peoples, peace and universal brotherhood.

儿童有权得到保护，免受可能煽动种族，宗教或其他形式歧视行为的侵害，在充满理解，宽容，友善，和平以及和谐的环境中成长。

These rights were put into words in the Declaration on the Rights of the Child thirty years ago. Today, and now, on this anniversary day, they have become part of most comprehensive treaty for the protection and support of children in history.

三十年前，在《儿童权利宣言》中，这些权利便已诉诸纸面。在具有纪念意义的今天，这些权利成为历史上关于儿童保护和支持的最全面的国际公约的一部分。
