Move against resistance

In life, you can go at it alone, or you can go atit with companionship. There's an old African proverb that says, if you wantto go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. 

在人生中，你可以单打独斗，也可以团结合作。有一句非洲言语说得好：独行快，众行远。

So don't be afraid to get help when necessary, andalways have a positive attitude. When everything seems to be going against you,remember that an airplane takes off against the wind, not with it. So it iswith life for you to soar high into the sky. 

所以，当你需要帮助的时候，不用害怕，要一直保持积极的态度。如果有事情事与愿违，请记住，飞机是逆风飞向天空的，不是随风飞走。你也想展翅高飞，那这对于你的人生而言，道理同样适用。

You have to move against resistance and thenaysayers. It is what fortifies you and makes you strong. And one day you'lltell someone how you got out of what you are currently going through andthey use it as a survival guide for their own journey. 

你必须逆流而上，不要在乎那些反对你的声音。相反，它们使你变得更强大了。终有一天，你会跟别人说起，你是如何摆脱现在的困境，他们也会把你的故事当作他们人生路上的引导。 

Some challenges you face in life aren't just foryou, but also for those who are coming behind you. When you feel like givingup, just remember that there are a lot of people you still have to provewrong. 

你所面对的问题，不仅仅是你自己的问题，而且是你的后来者的问题。当你想要放弃的时候，请记住，你还要努力推翻很多人的理论。

But more importantly, remember you are doing thisfor yourself. I'm not going to tell you it will be all easy. But I am tellingyou, it is going to be all worth it. 

但是，更重要的是，你要记住，现在你所做的一切，都是为了你自己。我不会告诉你，这件事情很简单，但是我要告诉你，到了最后，你会发现，一切都是值得的。
