Journey Home

The time that my journey takes is long and the way of it long.

I came out on the chariot of the first gleam of light,

and pursued my voyage through the wildernesses of worlds leaving my track on many a star and planet.

It is the most distant course that comes nearest to thyself,

and that training is the most intricate which leads to the utter simplicity of a tune.

The traveller has to knock at every alien door to come to his own,

and one has to wander through all the outer worlds to reach the innermost shrine at the end.

My eyes strayed far and wide before I shut them and said 'Here art thou!'

The question and the cry 'Oh, where?' melt into tears of a thousand streams and deluge the world with the flood of the assurance 'I am!'

《旅行者的天堂》

我的旅行，时间漫长，道路漫长。

在黎明的第一缕光线中，我驱车前行，穿越广漠的世界，角角落落，都留下了我的足迹。

这最遥远的旅程，是离自己最近的旅程，艰苦的磨砺，能使你返璞归真。

旅行者必须叩开陌生人的门，来进入自己的内心，人必须经历流浪，才能抵达最深处的圣地。

我向远方眺望，直到合眼前才发现“原来你在这里！”

“在哪儿呢？”这句问话和呼唤，融化在了千行眼泪中，连同你信誓旦旦的回答：“我在这里！”

就像一股洪流，泛滥了整个世界。
