Rafael Nadal pulled away in what had suddenly become a tight final to beat 25-year-old Austrian Dominic Thiem 6-3, 5-7, 6-1, 6-1 Sunday for his record-extending 12th French Open championship. It raises Nadal's Grand Slam title count to 18, within two of Roger Federer's record for a man.

A social media campaign against dress codes and expectations that women wear high heels at work has gone viral in Japan, with thousands joining the #KuToo movement. Nearly 20,000 women have signed an online petition demanding the government ban companies from requiring female employees to wear high heels on the job - an example of gender discrimination, says Yumi Ishikawa, who started the drive. 
日本最近兴起一场反对着装规范和职场女性穿高跟鞋的社交媒体运动，成千上万的人加入了了这场#KuToo运动。近2万名女性在网上请愿书上签名，请求政府下令禁止公司要求女性员工穿高跟鞋上班。发起这项运动的石川由美说，这种要求是性别歧视。

The #KuToo campaign is a play on the word for shoes, or "kutsu" in Japanese, and "kutsuu" or pain. Ishikawa, a 32-year-old actress and freelance writer, hopes the petition she submitted to the health ministry will lead to changes in the workplace and greater awareness about gender discrimination. "Japan is thickheaded about gender discrimination," she told in an interview. "It's way behind other countries in this regard."
#KuToo运动的名称来自日文中"鞋子（kutsu）"和"痛苦（kutsuu）"的谐音。现年32岁的石川由美是一名演员兼自由撰稿人，她希望自己提交给日本厚生劳动省的请愿书能改变工作环境，提高人们对性别歧视的意识。她在接受采访时说："日本在性别歧视问题上很迟钝，在这方面远远落后于其他国家。"

NASA is to allow tourists to visit the International Space Station （ISS） from 2020, priced at $35,000 per night. The US space agency said it would open the orbiting station to tourism and other business ventures. 
自2020年起，美国航空航天局（NASA）将允许游客访问国际空间站，价格是每晚3.5万美元。NASA称，将向旅游业和其他商业企业开放这一轨道空间站。

There will be up to two short private astronaut missions per year, said Robyn Gatens, the deputy director of the ISS. NASA said that private astronauts would be permitted to travel to the ISS for up to 30 days, travelling on US spacecraft.
