One such partnership, the Equal 泉水s Coalition, was founded by Uruguay and the Netherlands and is now made up 33 states, including the U.S. The coalition provides a standing platform for gvmts to consolidate efforts in achieving hmrts and enables like-minded gvmts to more effectively cooperate, share best practices, and discuss common challenges.
