•The business world is a dog-eat-dog world, if you have a good idea there might be people who try to steal or copy your idea. For exmaple, in China a few years ago, there  was a new bike sharing app which took China by storm. After a few months there were suddenly loads of companies all doing the same thing. You must find a way to be the best.

Why do some people decide to start their own business?

•I think some people like to control their own destiny, or maybe they just don't like working for other people. As for me, if I had a really really good idea for a new business, I would definitely do it. Otherwise I might regret it my whole life.

What are some of the things you have to do when running your own business that might not appeal to everyone?

•Work hard. I don't know myself, but I have heard that running your own business is very hard work. There are lot's of famous businessmen who say 'never give up' or 'keep fighting' when you fail. But that is easier said than done, if I lost all my money I am pretty sure I would give up.
