Steve Jobs was born in San Franciso in 1955. He was the father of the iPhone. In 1976 Steve Jobs started Apple Computer. A few years later, the company was worth more than one hundred million dollars. Today, Apple is one of the most famous companies in the world. In 1986 he started the company Pixar, which made many famous cartoons like Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and Cars.

Unfortunately Steve Jobs became very sick and died in 2011. When he died, his net worth was more than ten billion dollars.

A: I think I would like to be a lawyer.

B: Why do you want to be a lawyer?

A: Because I think lawyers make a lot of money and I want to be rich.

B: I don’t think that’s a good reason to choose a job. You should try and find a job that you enjoy. Working is not only about making money.

A: I think all jobs are boring. So I just want one that can help make me rich.

B: I disagree. There are many interesting jobs. For me it’s more important to have an interesting job than one with a high salary.
