抓住叫“梦想”的家伙，别让它悄悄溜走
It is not death most people are afraid of. 
其实大多数人害怕的并不是死亡。
It's getting to the end of life only to realize that you never truly lived. 
在生命走到尽头之时才意识到自己没有真正的活过才是人们害怕的。 
There was a study done on a hospital study on one hundred elderly people, facing death close to their last breath.

They were asked to reflect about their life's biggest regret.

Nearly all of them said, they regretted not the things they did, but the things they didn't do.

The risks they never took, the dreams they didn't pursue.
