A lizard is a reptile and it has scaly skin and a short neck.

Also, they usually have a small head and a long tail.

Mostly they live in a warm place. There are more than 3,700 kinds of lizards on the earth.

Some lizards grow up to six feet, and some lizards change their skin color.

Some lizards don't have legs.
