真人版《花木兰》刘亦菲造型首次公开

'Mulan'（电影花木兰）first look: See the new warrior（战士）princess（公主） from Disney's live-action（真人电影）remake（重造，再造）

The warrior Mulan has been revealed（透露） in impressive（令人瞩目的）fighting style. Walt Disney Studios（迪士尼影城）tweeted the first image of Yifei Liu as the famed（著名的） Chinese heroine for the live-action "Mulan" on Monday,  announcing production had begun for the anticipated（期待的）film.

The new "Mulan," directed by Niki Caro with a March 27, 2020 release date, is inspired by both the legendary（传奇的）Chinese ballad（歌谣）and the popular 1998 Disney animated film（动画片）.

The film follows Hua Mulan, the fearless（勇敢的）young daughter of aged warrior Fa Zhou, who impersonates（冒充） a man to take her father's place during a Hun（匈奴人） invasion（侵略）and becomes one of China's greatest heroines（女英雄）.

Liu (also known as Crystal Liu) was announced for the lead role（主角） in November, following a year-long search of five continents（五大洲）that looked at nearly 1,000 candidates（候选者）. The part requires credible martialarts（武术）skills, the ability to speak English and, clearly,star quality（有明星资质的）.

In deference to（遵照）cultural accuracy, the studio entirely focused its search on an ethnically（民族上地）Chinese young woman.

Liu is fluent in English, having lived in Queens, N.Y.（纽约皇后区）, for part of her childhood.

The model and actress had English-speaking roles in both 2008's "The Forbidden Kingdom（电影“功夫之王”）,"alongside Jackie Chan（成龙）andJet Li（李连杰）, and 2014's "Outcast（电影：白幽灵传奇之绝命逃亡）," opposite Nicolas Cage（尼古拉斯·凯奇，美国演员）and Hayden Christensen（海登·克里斯滕森）. 

Joining Liu in "Mulan" is “StarWars: Rogue One（星战：侠盗一号）”standout（出色的） DonnieYen（甄子丹） as the warrior's mentor Commander Tung.  Jason Scott Lee stars as the villainous（邪恶的）warrior BoriKhan.

 Gong Li (“Memoirsof a Geisha（艺伎回忆录）,” “Raise the Red Lantern（大红灯笼高高挂）”) will portray（扮演）a villainous witch（女巫） and Jet Li (“Shaolin Temple,” “Lethal Weapon 4”) stars as The Emperor（皇帝）whocalls up（召集）the troops（军队）. Filming will take place in（发生在）New Zealand and China.
