If you take a mouse to school.

如果你带着小老鼠去上学。

He'll ask you for your lunch box.

它会跟你要个午餐盒。

When you give him your lunch box，

当你给了它午餐盒，

He'll want a sandwich...

它还会要块三明治…

and a snack for later.

再带点儿课后吃的零食。

Then he'll need a notebook and some pencils.

然后它还需要一个本子和一些铅笔。

He'll probably want to share your backpack,too.

很可能，它还要借用一下你的书包。

When you get to school，

一到学校，

he'll put his things in your locker 

它就把它的东西放进了你的储物柜，

and take a look around.

然后这边瞧瞧那边看看。

He might do a little math，

它可能会做点儿算术题，

and spell a word or two.

再拼写几个小词儿。

He'll even try a science experiment!

它甚至还会尝试做一个科学实验！

Then he'll need to wash up.

然后就需要把自己洗干净。

You'll have to take him to the bathroom.

你就得带它去洗手间。

Once he's nice and clean,

当它洗干净以后，

he'll be ready for his lunch.

它就准备吃午饭了。

On the way to the lunchroom,

在去食堂的路上,

he'll see some building blocks.

它准会看见一些积木。

He'll build a little mouse house

于是它搭起了一间小老鼠之家

and make some furniture out of clay.

还用橡皮泥做了几件家具。

Then he'll need some books for his bookshelf.

它觉得自己的书架上应该摆几本书。

He'll start by writing one of his own,

它想自己创作一本，

so he'll need a lot of paper.

于是它要了许多纸。

He'll probably use up all your pencils！

它可能会把你所有的铅笔都用光哦！

When he's finished,

书刚一写完，

he'll want to read his book to you.

它就想读给你听。

Then he'll want to take it home.

它还想把书带回家。

So he'll put it in your lunchbox,

所以它先把书放进你的午餐盒里，

and tuck it in a safe place.

再把午餐盒塞到一个安全的地方。

When the bell rings,

下课铃一响，

he'll run out to wait for the bus.

它就冲出去等校车了。

While he's waiting,

在它等车的时候，

he'll play a quick game of soccer.

它会抓紧时间玩一会儿足球。

Then he'll ask you to shoot a few baskets,

然后叫你跟它投几下篮球，

and do a little skateboarding.

还要玩会儿滑板。

When he stops to catch his breath,

等它停下来歇口气儿的时候，

he'll want to eat his snack.

它又会想吃点儿零食。

So he'll ask you for your...

于是它会要你的...

lunchbox.

And chances are,

但是很可能，

if he asks you for your lunchbox,

如果它跟你要你的午餐盒，

you'll have to take him

你就只能带着它

back to school.

又回到学校了。
