Sulley burst onto the Scare Floor. He ran to the secret lab, where he smashed (砸烂) Randall’s horrible scream extracting (提取) machine to pieces. As Sulley escaped with Boo, Mike caught up with them.

毛怪闯入惊吓厂房，跑到秘密实验室，把兰德尔恐怖的尖叫提取机器砸了个稀巴烂。就在毛怪带阿布逃跑时，麦克也跟上了他们。

Sulley, Mike, and Boo were on the run from Randall. To slow Randall down, Celia announced over the loudspeaker (广播) that Randall was the new Top Scarer (惊吓冠军). The mean monster was instantly mobbed (包围) by cheering coworkers (同事).

毛怪、麦克和阿布飞速地躲避着兰德尔的追击。为了放慢兰德尔的速度，西莉亚在广播里宣布兰德尔成为了最新的惊吓冠军。卑鄙的兰德尔立刻被欢呼的同事团团围住了。

Randall could only watch with a frown (皱眉) as Sulley, Mike, and Boo jumped onto the door conveyor belt.

毛怪、麦克和阿布跳上了门传送带，而兰德尔只能气呼呼地看着。

Suddenly, the power went out, and the conveyor belt stopped moving! Randall was able to make his way closer to Mike, Sulley, and Boo by jumping from door to door.

突然，停电了，传送带停止移动了！兰德尔从一扇门跳到另一扇们，离麦克、毛怪和阿布越来越近了。

“Make her laugh!” Sulley shouted. Mike quickly made some silly (可笑的) faces. When Boo giggled, the power returned.

“快逗她笑！”毛怪大喊道。麦克迅速扮了几个鬼脸，看到滑稽的麦克，阿布咯咯大笑，电就来了。

Randall still managed to catch up with them. He grabbed Boo—but she fought back (还手)!

可兰德尔还是追上了他们。他抓住了阿布——但是阿布还手了！

“She’s not scared of (对…感到害怕) you anymore,” Sulley said.

“她再也不怕你了，”毛怪得意地说。

Finally, Mike and Sulley kicked Randall through a door and then smashed it. He was gone for good (永远).

终于，麦克和毛怪把兰德尔从一扇门踢了出去，然后又把门砸碎了。他再也不能回来作祟了。

Next, Sulley and Mike tricked Mr. Waternoose into talking about his evil plan as Mike recorded him. “I’ll kidnap (绑架) a thousand children before I let this company die!” Mr. Waternoose shouted.

接着，毛怪和麦克引诱沃特诺斯先生说出了他邪恶的计划，麦克在暗中把他的话全都录了下来。“我宁可绑架一千个小孩，也不能让公司破产！”沃特诺斯先生大喊道。

Soon everyone in Monstropolis had heard about Waternoose’s wicked plan. He was arrested (逮捕) by the head of the CDA—who turned out to be Roz!

很快，沃特诺斯先生的邪恶计划就在怪兽城传开了。缉童局的局长逮捕了他——局长竟然是罗丝！

It was time for Boo to go home. The little girl gave Mike a hug before following Sulley into her room. He gently tucked her into bed.

阿布该回家了。小女孩拥抱了一下麦克，然后就跟着毛怪回到了她自己的房间。毛怪温柔地把她抱到了床上。

Sadly, Sulley said goodbye and returned to Monsters, Inc. Roz ordered the CDA to shred (撕碎) Boo’s door. It couldn’t be used for scaring anymore, which meant Sulley would never be able to visit Boo again.

虽然很伤心，毛怪还是和阿布道了别，回到了怪兽电力公司。罗丝命令缉童局粉碎了阿布的门。再没有谁能进去吓阿布了，可这也意味着毛怪再也不能去看望阿布了。

Sulley became the new president of Monsters, Inc. And the Scare Floor became a Laugh Floor (逗乐厂房) instead. Sulley solved the energy shortage by proving that kids’ laughter produced (产生) more power than their screams. And Mike became the company’s top Laugh Collector (逗乐专员).

毛怪接任为怪兽电力公司的新总裁。而惊吓厂房也变成了逗乐厂房。通过证明小孩的笑声可以比尖叫声产生更多的能量，毛怪解决了能源短缺的难题。而麦克则成为公司最拔尖的逗乐专员。

One day, Mike had a big surprise for Sulley. He had put Boo’s door back together! Sulley opened the door and Boo called out (喊出), “Kitty!” The friends were reunited (重聚) at last.

一天，麦克为毛怪准备了一个大大的惊喜。他把阿布的门修好了！毛怪打开门，阿布喊道：“猫咪！”两位好朋友终于重聚了。
