Beauty and the Beast

Once upon a time, Belle and her father Maurice lived in a village. Belle was a kind and smart girl. She loved to read. Belle’s father, Maurice, was an inventor.

One day, Maurice went on a trip, but soon he got lost in the forest. He wandered into a castle. Since he was too tired, he laid down on the couch and went to sleep very quickly.

After a while, the owner of the castle—the Beast—came out and yelled at Maurice. The Beast was very angry. He locked Maurice in a cell.

Maurice had been gone for a long time. Belle was worried. One day, Maurice’s horse came home alone. Belle followed the horse to the castle. Belle found her father locked in a cell in the castle.

She was very unhappy. She went to look for the Beast. When she saw the Beast, she told him to release her father. The Beast agreed on the condition that Belle had to stay in the castle forever. Belle agreed.

Now that Maurice was free, he returned to the village immediately.

Living in the castle together, Belle and the Beast began to know each other. Belle found out that the Beast was actually a very kind man. He had a warm heart.

Back in the village, Maurice told everyone about the Beast. The people in the village decided to kill the Beast. They all came to the castle, and attacked the Beast.

During the fight, the Beast was badly injured. Belle came to look after the Beast, and cried for him.

With Belle’s tears falling on the Beast, the Beast turned into a prince! He told Belle that he was cursed. Only true love could break the curse. Belle’s love saved him.

The people from the village all saw the miracle. They realized that the Beast was actually a prince. Amazed, they all returned to the village.

Belle and the Prince were so glad. They lived happily ever after.
