You can tell them bad news and they’ll listen. They won’t tell you why, you know, you’re stupid, and why that bad thing happened to you and how something worse happened to them once and, you know, derail the whole conversation. You can actually tell them bad news and they’ll listen. So that’s a good thing.
And then, this is a weirder thing, you can tell them good news, and they’ll help you celebrate. And that’s a really good way of deciding who you should have around you, because if you have someone around you, you know, something good happens to you, you’re kind of afraid to even admit it because, you know, god, something good happened to you and it’s like, you let that be known and it’ll certainly be taken away. So, you know, you come out and you sort of tell someone half-heartedly that something good happened to you and they give you a whack and then talk about, you know, the great thing that happened to them 3 years ago, or worse, the great thing that happened to someone that they knew 3 years ago. You know, it’s like, go away from that person.

然后，还有一个比较怪异的事，那就是你可以向他们宣布你的好消息，而他们会帮你庆祝。这真的是一个好方法，可以帮你确定应该选谁做你的好朋友。因为，你的一些朋友…当某件好事发生在你身上时，你会有点不敢去向他们承认。因为…天啊，某件好事发生在你身上的话，如果说了出去，这份喜悦就会被抢走。就是说，你出来装作漫不经心地跟某人分享你的喜悦，然而他们泼你一脸冷水，然后跟你说三年前发生在他们身上的好事，更坏的，说三年前发生的在他们认识的人身上的好事。知道吗，赶紧远离这样的人吧。
