Few words at work

The day before yesterday, my sister was getting married. As her sibling, I came back for her wedding. I truly felt happy for her.

But for the great gathering, I wouldn't have seen them again. They were some certain female cousins about my age who had enchanted me for a while in my younger and more vulnerable years.

So when they attended my sister’s wedding, I did take notice of their presence but half pretended to ignore it. They either were coming with some guy or even had a baby or three.

By the way, attending others’ wedding bored me. Even the wedding was of my biological sister.
