良品铺子将报警！官方通报举报不成立，维权博主会坐牢么？

此前引发热议的良品铺子被网红上门举报事件有了官方结论，当地市监局发布通报称举报均不成立，良品铺子称将报警起诉，对此有网友开始担心维权博主是否会被追究刑事责任，这里分享一点我的看法供参考。
