Once upon a time, there was a man whowanted to steal his neighbor' s doorbell. However, he knew clearly that thebell would ring and catch the other people' s attention as long as he touchedthe bell. So he thought hard and suddenly hit on a clever "idea"

He plugged his ears with something,thinking that everything would go well when he stole the bell.

Unfortunately to his disappointment, thebell still rang loudly and he was caught on the spot as a thief.

从前，有一个人想偷邻居的门铃。然而，他清楚地知道，只要他碰一下钟，钟就会响起来，引起别人的注意。于是他苦思冥想，突然想出了一个聪明的“主意”

他用什么东西塞住耳朵，以为偷了钟一切都会好起来的。

不幸的是，令他失望的是，铃声仍然很响，他被当场抓获为小偷。
