One of the things I like to do is you light a candle, set a timer for 12 minutes,

get some paper andapen and then just write for 12 minutes.

You don’t even think about what you’re writing. You don’t even read it back .

Andthenat 12 minutes you stop the timer, and then you set the thing on fire.

拿一些纸一支笔，然后写12分钟，

甚至你都别想你在写什么,甚至你都不用回读一遍。

然后到了12分钟你停止计时，然后把写的东西点着。
