1.The Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China stated that it will issue a partial increase in the amount of local government debt in 2024 in advance to reasonably ensure local financing needs. It strengthens the management of government bonds, especially local government special bonds, moderately expands the investment scope of special bonds and their use as project capital, guides and drives effective social investment, and improves the efficiency of bond fund utilization.
