In the beginning I was a shy fairy,

I lived in a tree and my name was Mary.

I ate a bad apple, it was old and hairy,

My face went green and I became scary.

Next in the story things got so bad,

I scared a silly princess and made her sad.

She said my teeth were dirty and my eyes were mad,

So I pulled her hair and she told her dad.
