美国人工智能语音诈骗令人担忧

In recent years, robocalling frauds in the US have become increasingly widespread and disturbing. Now, with the development of generative artificial intelligence, fraudsters use artificial intelligence technology to imitate the voices of acquaintances to carry out real-time call fraud, which is tough to guard against, CNBC reported recently. 

据美国消费者新闻与商业频道CNBC近日报道，近年来，美国自动语音诈骗电话日益泛滥，令人不堪其扰。现在，随着生成式人工智能的发展，诈骗者使用人工智能技术，模仿熟人的声音来进行实时通话诈骗，让人防不胜防。

According to the Global Call Threat Report for Q2 2023 released recently by Hiya, a telephone voice security company, Hiya found 6.5 billion spam calls (including fraud and nuisance calls) worldwide in the second quarter, which is equivalent to about 70 million spam calls per day.

据美国电话语音安全公司Hiya近日发布的“2023年第二季度全球电话威胁报告” ，Hiya于第二季度在全球监测到来65个亿垃圾电话（包括欺诈和骚扰电话），这相当于每天检测到约7000万个垃圾电话。

In the US, 1 in 4 calls are reported as spam. At present, there is no data on how many spam calls are generated by AI, but because AI can mimic the voice of a real person and have real-time conversations, it is becoming increasingly hard to identify some scam calls. 

在美国有四分之一的电话被报告未垃圾电话。目前，暂未有数据显示有多少垃圾电话是由人工智能生成的，但由于人工智能可以模仿真人的声音并进行实时对话,现在识别某些诈骗电话变得越来越难。

According to cybersecurity firm McAfee, 52 percent of Americans have shared their voice online, providing fodder for scammers to copy. In order to avoid being scammed, enterprises and individuals should strengthen anti-fraud education. For businesses, voice forgery should be included as part of employee cybersecurity training. As for individuals, be cautious about sharing personal voice messages online.

美国网络安全公司迈克菲称，52%的美国人在网上分享过他们的声音，这为诈骗者提供了模仿的素材。为了避免被骗，企业和个人应加强诈骗教育。对于企业来说，应将音频伪造纳入员工网络安全培训的一部分，对于个人来说，在网上谨慎分享个人的语音信息。

Of the 21 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions that have released their GDP figures for the first three quarters, 13 saw their GDP numbers exceed the national average growth rate, The Paper reported.

据《澎湃新闻》报道，目前已有21个省份、自治区和直辖市公布前三季度GDP等相关数据，有13个省区市增速快于全国水平。

South China's Hainan province registered a 9.5 percent growth－the highest among these regions, followed by Inner Mongolia autonomous region (7.2 percent), Gansu province (6.6 percent), and Sichuan province (6.5 percent).

其中海南前三季度经济增速最高达9.5%，其次是内蒙古自治区（7.2%）、甘肃省（6.6%）和四川省（6.5%）。

Northeast China's Liaoning province saw its GDP growth reach 5.3 percent in the first nine months. This also marks the first time in 10 years that the province's GDP growth exceeded the "national line" during the same period.

辽宁省GDP前三季度经济增速为5.3%，是十年来同期首次超过全国水平。

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, China's GDP grew by 5.2 percent to 91.3 trillion yuan ($12.5 trillion yuan) in the January-September period, after a 5.5 percent growth in the first half.

国家统计局数据显示，初步核算，今年前三季度国内生产总值91.3万亿元，同比增长5.2%。这一增速较上半年GDP增速（5.5%）有所放缓。

In terms of economic aggregates, South China's Guangdong province recorded 9.62 trillion yuan in its GDP and took the top spot. The GDP of Shandong and Zhejiang provinces reached 6.81 trillion yuan and 5.92 trillion yuan, ranking second and third, respectively.

从经济总量看，21个省区市中，前三季度，广东GDP总量领先，达9.62万亿元，随后是山东省和浙江省，分别为为6.81万亿元和5.92万亿元。

The first three quarters' performances have laid a solid foundation for meeting the annual growth target of around 5 percent, Sheng Laiyun, deputy head of the NBS, said earlier at a news conference, adding that, in order to achieve the annual growth target, fourth quarter growth should be more than 4.4 percent.

国家统计局副局长盛来运此前在新闻发布会上表示，前三季度表现为完成全年5%左右的预期目标打下了一个非常好的基础。四季度只要增长4.4%以上，就可以保障完成全年预期目标。
