Sharon:Is Mr Land in, please? 

Mary:I'm sorry that he's not in.This is Mary speaking,his secretary.

Sharon: This is Sharon of MN Import and Export Company.

Mary:Oh,Sharon, how are you?

Sharon:Fine, thanks.I'd like to discuss with Mr Land about the contract terms. Does he have any time tomorrow?

Mary:Hold on for a moment, please. I'll check his schedule.

 Sharon: All right.

Mary: Would Wednesday be OK?

Sharon:Just a moment, Wednesday is OK.  

Mary:Well. I'll make an appointment for you at 9:00 a.m on Wednesday.

Sharon:Okay. I'll be in his office on time.

Mary: We'll be expecting you then.

Sharon:Thanks. See you.

Mary:Bye.
