Iwant to talk about my friend Emily, who is one of the most helpful people Iknow. She's akind-hearted（心地善良）,empathetic（同情的）person whois always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. Emily helps others in manyways, such as volunteering at a local charity, offering to assist herclassmates with their coursework, and being a good listener when someone needsto talk. Her help is beneficial because she has a way of making people feelheard and understood, which can be especially valuable during difficult times.For example, when a friend was going through a tough breakup, Emily was thereto listen, offer support and provide a shoulder to cry on. Emily's supporthelped her friend get through the tough time.

Ibelieve Emily helps others because it gives her a sense of purpose andfulfillment. She finds joy in making a positive impact on someone's life, nomatter how small it may be.
