                                                                狼和狮子

A wolf stole a lamb from the flock, and was carrying it off to devour it at his leisure when he met a Lion, who took his prey away from him and walked off with it.

一只狼从羊群里偷来一只小羊羔，正准备叼走吃掉时，碰见了一只狮子，狮子抢走了他的猎物，准备带着它离开。

He dared not resist, but when the Lion had gone some distance he said,

他不敢反抗，但当狮子走了一段距离后，他才说道：

"It is most unjust of you to take what's mine away from me like that."

“你强行夺走了我的猎物，真是太不公平了。”

The Lion laughed and called out in reply,

狮子笑着说道：

"It was justly yours, no doubt! The gift of a friend, perhaps, eh?"

“毫无疑问，这难道是属于你的吗！这是来自猎人的礼物吧，嗯?”

Moral：What is evil won is evil lost. 以其人之道还治其人之身
