This is Gossie. Gossie is a gosling.

这是戈西，戈西是一只小鹅。

A small, yellow gosling

一只黄色的小鹅，

who likes to wear bright red boots.

她喜欢穿一双亮红色的小雨靴。

Every day. 

每天如此。

She wears them when she eats. 

她吃饭的时候穿着。

She wears them when she sleeps.

她睡觉的时候穿着。

She wears them when she rides. 

她骑行的时候穿着。

She wears them when she X  hides. 

她躲藏的时候穿着。

But what Gossie really loves is

不过，戈西真正喜欢的是，

to wear her bright red boots when she goes for walks,

穿上她那双亮红色的小雨靴去散步，

Every day. 

每天如此。

She walks backward.

她倒着走。

She walks forward. 

她向前走。

She walks uphill.

她走上坡。

She walks downhill. 

她走下坡。

She walks in the rain.

她在雨中走，

She walks in the snow. 

她在雪中走。

Gossie loves to wear her bright red boots!

Every day.

One morning Gossie could not find her bright red boots. 

一天早晨，戈西找不到她那双亮红色的小雨靴了。

She looked everywhere.

under the bed.

over the wall.

in the barn.

under the hens.

Gossie looked and looked for her bright red boots.

They were gone.

Gossie was heartbroken.

Then she saw them.
