1.      Ibelieve this agreement has laid out some basic and fair terms, which aims toprotect both parties’ interests.  

2.       I’mafraid we won’t be able to budge on the penalty clause. 

3.       Regardingour sales contract, our legal team have raised a few questions.

4.       I’dlike to discuss further what happens when a breach of contract occurs. 

5.       Withregard to the compensation clause, it doesn’t specify a time limit as to whenthe payment must be completed by.  

6.       Ifeither party fails to carry out the terms, the wronged party is entitled to acash payment of £10,000.
