我也爱你

Once there was a Little Brown Puppy（小狗） who loved his mama very much.

So, he got her the best present（礼物） that he could find – a big, beautiful bone（骨头）.

“This bone was very hard to get. It’s from a dinosaur（恐龙）, I bet（打赌）,” said the Little Brown Puppy.

And Mama said, “I love the bone, my Little Brown Puppy. And I love you.”

When the Little Brown Puppy told his friends that he gave his mama a present, they wanted to give their mamas presents, too.

Little Turtle（乌龟） brought a strawberry（草莓）.

“This strawberry’s so red and sweet（甜的）. It’s for you and me and Dad to eat,” he said.

And Mama said, “I love the strawberry, my Little Turtle. And I love you.”

Soft Little Rabbit（兔子） made something special for her mama.

“These carrots（胡萝卜） are to swing above your cozy bed, with all my love,” she said.

And Mama said, “I love the carrots, my Soft Little Rabbit. And I love you.”

Sweet Little Birds searched all day to find tasty（美味的） treats for their mama.

“You bring us worms（蠕虫） and beetles（甲虫）, too. Today we’re sharing them with you,” they said.

And Mama said, “I love my tasty treats, my Sweet Little Birds. And I love you.”

Clever Little Monkey（猴子） knew his mama liked things that went round and round.

“I made this whirligig（旋转木马） for you. It whirls and twirls when the breeze blows through,” he said.

And Mama said, “I love my whirligig, my Clever Little Monkey. And I love you.”

Billy knew what his mama would like best of all.

“Here’s a kiss, and here’s a hug（拥抱）, and here’s my very very special（特殊的） hug,” he said.

“I love you, Mama.”

And Mama said, “I love you, too.“
