因为疫情，“团购”一词最近频繁上热搜，
那“团购”“拼单”的英语怎么说呢？
今天节目我们就来一起学习下它的地道英文表达。




 “团购”，是近几年在中国发展出来的一种购物策略，
英文可以说team buying，group buying，collective buying。


几个人（有时候是认识的朋友，有时候是网上遇到的陌生人）都想买某个商品，于是他们一起找这个商品的商家讨价还价，希望能享受折扣.
（agree to approach a vendor of a specific product in order to collectively bargain with the proprietor as a group in order to get discounts）。


维基百科上面，对“团购”的介绍提到，这个叫法起源于中国：


Group buying, also known as collective buying, offers products and services at significantly reduced prices on the condition that a minimum number of buyers would make the purchase. Origins of group buying can be traced to China, where it is known as Tuán Gòu, or team buying.


Group buying，也被称为collective buying，以大幅降低价格提供产品和服务，条件是只有达到最低购买人数后才可以购买。“团购”的起源可以追溯到中国，被称为“团购”，或团队购买。


“团购”的英语是group buying或者collective buying，team buying。


Example:
As a new way of Internet consumption, group buying is developing rapidly. 
作为一种新型的网络消费方式，团购发展异常迅速。


而团购的App就可以说： group buying Apps.


Example:
I like to use group buying Apps to save money.
我喜欢用团购App省钱。


虽说“团购”和“拼单”意思非常接近，但是在具体使用的场景上，
还是有区别的。


“拼单”指的是在购物时，找到与自己有相同购物需求的人进行有组织性的集体购买，
从而以较低价格成交的行为。在句子中，通常做动词用。


它的英语是join up……to get a good deal，也可以说do a joint order。


Example:
I joined up with 4 people online to get a special deal on a lipstick.
我和其他四个人在网上拼单，特惠买了一支口红。


I did a joint order with 5 other people online.
我在线上和其他5个人一起拼单。






“跑腿”的英文怎么说？


为响应封控管理政策，“跑腿代购”成为了物资配送的重要渠道之一。
它的英语表达是run errands。
errand [ˈerənd] n. 差使; 差事;


Example:
I asked someone to run errands and send some vegetables to my relatives.
我叫了个跑腿帮我的亲戚送些蔬菜。
