nobody's born smart.
we all started zero,
can't talk, can't walk, certainly can't do algebra(代数).
Adding(计算), reading, riding--riding a bike...
nobody's good at anything at first.
there was a time when Einstein(爱因斯坦) couldn't count to 10.
and Shakespear(莎士比亚) had to learn ABCs just like the rest of(其余的) us.
thankfully(幸亏), we're born to learn.
slowly, surely(必然地), you stumble(蹒跚), slip(滑倒), crawl, fall(摔倒) and fail(失败)and fall.
frustrating(沮丧), confusing(困惑), trying, struggling(挣扎) until one day, you walk.
one foot in front of the other,
one idea on top of(接着) the next.
each wrong answer making your brain(大脑) a little bit stronger.
failing is just another word for growing(成长).
and you keep going(保持前进).
this is learning.
knowing that you'll get it(明白) even if you haven't gotten it yet,
because the most beautiful complex(复杂的) concepts(概念) in the whole universe(宇宙) are built on basic(基本的) ideas(思想) that anyone, anywhere can understand
whoever(无论谁) you are, wherever(无论哪里) you are, you only have to know one thing --
you can learn anything.
