A dog carried a piece of meatin his mouth. He crossed over ariver on a low bridge. Helooked down into the waterand saw his reflection. Itlooked like another dog witha piece of meat larger than his. The dogsnapped at the other dog’s meat. When he did,his own meat dropped into the water. Now thedog didn’t have any meat at all.
