The causes of allergic diarrhoea are related to a poorly developed immune system, which leaves the child in a state of vulnerability to infection, especially to pollen, dust mites, eggs or high-protein substances in milk, resulting in a dysfunctional immune system, gastrointestinal digestive disorders and intestinal malabsorption, leading to food allergy diarrhoea.
