Brook: Good morning! I'm looking for an apartment to rent. Any apartments available right now?

Cora: We do. What kind of apartment are you looking for, in terms of size, number of bedrooms and location? 

Brook: Well, a one-bedroom apartment would be nice. I would prefer it to be relatively cheap though. As for the location, that doesn't really matter, as I have a car. 

Cora: Okay, and how long are you looking to rent an apartment for, sir? 

Brook: I'm thinking of two years if the price is reasonable. 

Cora: I see. Well, we have quite a few apartments available, but this one fits all of your requirements perfectly. What do you think?
